Tuesday morning and my Fall Newsletter about Change of all kinds and how we manage it has been created and sent. How do you manage change? Do you think you are a change agent or perhaps a change junky? These are such tumultous times. To take an active role in claiming our highest path and embracing and initiating change with grace and clarity, is all that we have consistently at our disposal. And....Your hands are your most concrete and personal tool to guide you.

Take a look. Have you every wondered about why your fingerprints are unique to you? Take a magnifying glass and note the beauty of the wave patterns - yours for a life time.

Can't help it. I love hands and the mystery they hold. If you get anything from this exercise, let me know.

Peace,

Janet

Monday Morning my 2nd month in Vermont. Having returned with my business and my wonderful dog, Nouki, to my original home after 40 years, I am witnessing my soul revival. Don't get me wrong, my 20 years in CA has given me so many gifts - the gift of flight into a new more authentic me, a gift of life long friendships, a gift of courage to follow my dreams and so much more. The landscape of Vermont and the miracle of the seasons, however, feed my soul.

The loon departs and winter approaches. To end, I thought I would share an ode to Summer (I am a little apprehensive about 6 plus months of Winter..so I must hang on to this memory. Enjoy. And what will feed you this Winter?)

Subtle Sisters of Midsummer Lush
Subtle sisters of midsummer lush
The hills dressed up in blue
Hazy, faded shades of denim
Resting reminders of what it means
To be, not to do
The corn and the grasses teem
with sweet life
Seeking nourishment to grow and to become
Their gentler siblings whisper with soft breath
Beckoning us to succumb

I invite you to read my Fall Musings about Being and Change. Coming this week.
